Desert Fest a portrait of a Stoner Rock community, created during the down time of Desertfest, a music festival in Camden. Away from the heavy moshing, thundering guitars, blood sweat and tears, the new work embraces the characters who share an equal passion for stoner rock – heavily distorted, groove laden bass-heavy melodic metal. The project was created over a 4-day period, captured on a Zone VI large format camera late April 2016.
